Moonwalk for Breast
Cancer - Men, Women and children are invited to take part in the
Tobermory Moonwalk for Breast Cancer, raising money and awareness
5-yearly event : The Maclean Clan Gathering hits the island every five
years, the next one being in 2017. The focus of activity is Duart
Castle, the Maclean ancestral home
but events are taking place all over the island

Highland Yacht Week is the end of July/beginning of August, the Tobermory stint taking

Tobermory
Lifeboat RNLI Open Day – A great day out usually held the third Sunday of every
August. The local lifeboat crew carry
out exercises in the Tobermory harbour demonstrating life-saving and rescue techniques. You can meet the crew, tour the lifeboat, take
part in raffles or visit one of the many local stalls selling a variety of items and
food, all donating a percentage to the local station
Bunessan and Salen Shows take place every August bringing the best of
Mull agriculture, horticulture and produce for display: Livestock
on show, local produce tent, beer tent, refreshments and stalls
followed usually by an evening dance and live music

Festival – usually runs for one week mid-September, details advertised locally

Local Mod held each September (second weekend).

'Round The Clock' Hogmanay Fireworks
Join with locals and
visitors and ring in the New Year round our famous Tobermory Clock
before watching our spectacular fireworks display over the harbour.
Then, follow the crowds as they disperse to the local hostelries
to carry on the party into the wee hours
