June	Mendelssohn on Mull (usually last week June/1st week July) http://www.mullfest.org.uk/ Charity Cycle Race circumnavigating the island, starting and finishing in Tobermory. Second Sunday of June http://mullcyclosportive.co.uk/ Moonwalk for Breast Cancer - Men, Women and children are invited to take part in the Tobermory Moonwalk for Breast Cancer, raising money and awareness 5-yearly event : The Maclean Clan Gathering hits the island every five years, the next one being in 2017. The focus of activity is Duart Castle, the Maclean ancestral home but events are taking place all over the island
July	Round Mull Yacht Race - First week of July Tobermory Highland Games – Held on the second to last Thursday of July http://www.tobermory.co.uk/events/events_highland_games.htm Trial Bike Competition - all over Mull
August	West Highland Yacht Week is the end of July/beginning of August, the Tobermory stint taking place on the first Wednesday & Thursday of the month http://www.whyw.co.uk/ 10K and Half Marathon See http://www.mullrunners.com for more information Tobermory Lifeboat RNLI Open Day – A great day out usually held the third Sunday of every August. The local lifeboat crew carry out exercises in the Tobermory harbour demonstrating life-saving and rescue techniques. You can meet the crew, tour the lifeboat, take part in raffles or visit one of the many local stalls selling a variety of items and food, all donating a percentage to the local station Bunessan and Salen Shows take place every August bringing the best of Mull agriculture, horticulture and produce for display: Livestock on show, local produce tent, beer tent, refreshments and stalls followed usually by an evening dance and live music
September	Food Festival – usually runs for one week mid-September, details advertised locally Mull Local Mod held each September (second weekend). Find out more at http://www.mullmod.org.uk/ Fiddler Rally – last weekend in September - hosting a multitude of talented musicians young and old, local and from afar
October	The Mull Car Rally takes place each October (usually held the second weekend of that month). The Mull Car Club are running the event. Visit http://www.mullrally.com/ for more information and contact/membership information
November
December	'Round The Clock' Hogmanay Fireworks Join with locals and visitors and ring in the New Year round our famous Tobermory Clock before watching our spectacular fireworks display over the harbour. Then, follow the crowds as they disperse to the local hostelries to carry on the party into the wee hours
Year-Round	As well as drama, comedy and music, there are various other open days, charity and sporting events held throughout the year that may not be listed here and whether you participate or spectate and come rain or shine, we are sure you will find plenty to entertain you whilst holidaying on our beautiful island
